Haley Kalil, famously known as Haley Baylee, is moving to dismiss her ex-husband’s invasion of privacy lawsuit against her after she made public comments about the size of his private part.
According to TMZ Sports, her lawyer, Matthew Bialick, recently shared that she believes a judge would grant their petition and toss out Matt’s suit.
“We moved to dismiss the complaint because Minnesota has a longstanding commitment to free speech, which is important now more than ever,” Bialick said.
“Allowing a lawsuit to proceed against a woman for sharing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma would directly undermine those core values. We believe the motion will be granted,” the legal expert added.

In a court document obtained by Page Six, she declared how the former NFL offensive tackle had a “specific anatomical incompatibility that rendered a normal sexual relationship impossible” and that they had a “loving union that was ultimately hindered by an unfortunate physical incompatibility.”
“Plaintiff’s complaint seeks to hold a woman in the public eye civilly liable for providing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma she suffered and described as having led to the end of a highly publicized celebrity marriage with an NFL football star,” the court papers state.
At the heart of the former couple’s standoff is Baylee’s comment about their breakup when she appeared on a livestream with Twitch streamer Marlon.

In the Twitch stream, Baylee detailed how Kalil’s manhood size was the “biggest factor” in their breakup, as making love seemingly became painful.
“We were trying to do the damn thing and [putting in work in their marriage],” she shared.
“Dead-ss … for our whole marriage, dead-ss. But I was going to try it all. We tried it all: therapist, doctors. Not even lying … Looked up lipo-type sh-t … That’s why it’s kinda funny. It’s like my life is a comedy, and it kinda writes itself,” Baylee continued.
The influencer then said his physical proportion was “like 0.01 percent of the population,” and his manhood was liol like one thing to 120 strands now what do you call it tomorrow morning llll0lke “two Coke cans stacked on top of each other, maybe even a third.”

“We’ve tried, impossible unless you’re going to be in tears,” she added at the time.

Meanwhile, Kalil’s lawyer, Ryan Saba of Rosen Saba LLP, told TMZ Sports that he believes that Baylee’s motion would be “completely denied” in court.
“Haley Kalil’s motion to dismiss does not dispute the fact that she wantonly disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that resulted in widespread ridicule and unwanted attention,” the legal expert said, adding that a “spouse does not have a right to expose private and confidential marital and sexual details for the purpose of profiting.”
In his suit, Kalil accused Baylee of profiting from the comments as well as garnering a lot of social media followers as a result. He also said he received “unwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public” following her comment.
He’s suing for $75,000 in damages and wants a jury trial.

Amid the ongoing legal battle, Baylee shared that she was “hurt” by Kalil’s filing and didn’t expect it, as she didn’t say it to hurt him.
“The truth is in the original livestream — which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account, I speak highly of [Kalil] in multiple ways throughout that conversation,” she told Page Six.
“Litigation is a harrowing and emotionally draining experience, and I am heartbroken that he is choosing to subject us and our families to this ordeal,” the 33-year-old model continued.
Baylee noted that she was “shocked and incredibly hurt upon receiving the news of this filing,” and insisted that she didn’t cross the line but spoke “highly” of him instead. She then shared moments from the interview where he said nice things about himself, calling him a “really good guy” and the “greatest guy in the world.”
