Gemini Full Moon Hits Dec 1-5: Your Horoscope’s About to Get Weird—Here’s What Magic (or Chaos) Awaits!

Added on December 1, 2025 inASTROLOGY CARDS

Ever notice how life loves to throw you curveballs disguised as lessons—and sometimes, those lessons come wrapped in cosmic chaos? This week’s astrological dance is all about mastering the fine art of learning through doing and letting go, thanks to Mars and Mercury setting the stage with their galactic groove. With Mars in Sagittarius squaring Saturn’s stern gaze in Pisces and Mercury’s slick moves weaving through a grand water trine, we’re all challenged to find that sweet spot between pushing too hard and gliding with the flow. Wondering if you’re picking what really feeds your soul or just what picks you? The stars are nudging you to reflect on that, especially as Venus in Sagittarius plays its game of “do you know what you want—or what you’re just convinced you don’t?” So buckle up, because this isn’t just any week—it’s a cosmic spinning wheel of choices, chances, and maybe a little bit of lucky rebellion. Ready to see where the full moon at 13 degrees Gemini lands in your chart? Let’s dive in and find out. LEARN MORE

moon-sunExperience is the greatest teacher. There are many types of experience and many different kinds of learning. This week, we’re looking at learning through doing, as well as learning through letting go. Both benefit from the motion of Mars and Mercury this week.

Sagittarius Mars spends the week in trine to retro Chiron in Aries and in square to Saturn in Pisces. Newly direct Mercury spends the week picking up speed and heading back into a grand water trine with retro Jupiter in Cancer and direct Saturn in Pisces. In action, take your time. There’s inertia to overcome, but then there’s jamming a square peg into a round hole. If you’re willing to take the time to learn the difference, there’s flow. Not too fast, not too slow: Mercury, the mind and senses, finds the balance. Pay attention, but also — get in the groove that GROOVES. In matters of mind and sensation, mine the middle ground (or water).

All day Monday, Venus in Sagittarius tightens its sextile to Pluto in Aquarius (exact overnight). Do you know what you want by now? It’s almost certain you know what you don’t want. They’re two sides of the same coin, but they do have different faces. There may be MANY things you want. Narrowing that down is a process of elimination and theoretical testing, or it can hit in a moment. Sometimes you just have to flip a coin and hope for the best. Venus in Sadge is lucky like that. Follow the opening of an opportunity. Sometimes a gamble is your best bet for something new and different.

Monday’s Aries Moon trines the Sadge Mars-Juno conjunction and conjoins retro Chiron. By nighttime the Moon hits Taurus and a square to Pluto. Power through both your have-tos and want-tos by daylight, so the reward you extract for yourself feels deserved and satiating. Tired can be a good feeling.

Tuesday’s Taurus Moon trines Capricorn Vesta and squares Aquarius Pallas Athena. The mood goes hard for tradition and our attachment to what feels good about the rituals we bring with us. However, each year brings something new, and it’s possible to find our old values in new form if we’re willing to look closer.

On Wednesday, the Moon finishes in Taurus with an opposition to Scorpio Mercury, a sextile to Pisces Saturn and retro Jupiter in Cancer, a conjunction to retro Uranus, then a sextile to retro Neptune in Pisces. Be ready to pivot, in a good way. With your desires under control, the mood facilitates a special kind of mastery: the kind where the world is moving fast and you at the center are able to take it all in and send it all where it needs to go. It’s not juggling, it’s pivoting.

If you’re under unusual stress, overwhelm might be an issue. However, even so — this is a chance to level up and get on top for a treat of self appreciation. Tackle communications and take that unexpected or pushed off call (no unknown numbers tho, we’re not in the mood for a con). You’ll know what to say when you get there. Inspiration is a given.

By evening the Moon moves to Gemini, a trine to Pluto, and an opposition to Venus, exact overnight. There’s always more, somewhere out there. In theory. What is it worth to you? Rather than a fear of loss of opportunity here, the mood supports a feeling of fearlessness that enhances clarity of choice. If you could pick anything, what? Or are you just picking what picks you?

On Thursday we head into the full moon. In the afternoon, the Gemini Moon opposes the Sagittarius Sun, with the Moon applying into trine with Pallas Athena in Aquarius. There’s more than one way to… do just about anything… and sometimes there are far too many ways. Letting go makes room for more, not just more but a better fit. There’s no rush, but there’s also no need to drag your feet. There are too many signs to ignore the truth. It’s not running away if you’ve thought this through.

Friday morning, the Gemini Moon opposes Mars in Sagittarius then sextiles retro Chiron in Aries. All the missed connections or dropped projects pile up by the end of the week. Now is a great time to bang out a bunch of unrelated mini-tasks, or just jump in and see where it all takes you.

Midday the Moon squares Pisces Saturn then goes on to square retro Neptune in Pisces by afternoon. Expect some disjointed or lagging options to either collide or disappear. If you’re prepared for irritation or flummoxing mist, can you head it off? Maybe. This time you just might. It depends on how interested you are in having a good time. Find the whimsy, follow the white rabbit. By night, the Gemini Moon quincunxes Pluto, and a tweak to the mood makes this a delicious wonderland.

The full moon culminates on Thursday afternoon/eve at 13 degrees Gemini. Where does that hit your chart?
