Freddie Mercury’s alleged secret child has released an emotional statement ahead of the publication of the upcoming biography Love, Freddie, which features some bombshell claims about the late singer.
The woman, known only as B, has shared some of the detailed personal journals the rockstar is said to have given her with biographer Lesley-Ann Jones.
These are set to be revealed in the bombshell book, Love, Freddie: Freddie Mercury’s Secret Life and Love in September.
It’s believed the woman’s existence is only known by Mercury’s inner circle, and he apparently visited her regularly, maintaining a close relationship until his death in 1991.
In the new book, it’s claimed she was accidentally conceived during an affair with the wife of a close friend of the Queen icon in 1976.
However, the music legend’s once girlfriend and close friend, Mary Austin, is allegedly claiming she didn’t know B even existed.

And in response to this, B said (per Daily Mail): “I am devastated by Mary Austin’s alleged response. For 34 years, the truth of Freddie’s life has been distorted, twisted and rewritten, but she said nothing – with the exception of her comment about the movie Bohemian Rhapsody, which she called ‘artistic licence’.
“Here, she has not yet read the book, yet she apparently makes this statement. I don’t understand why.”
In the book, Mercury’s ‘secret daughter’ shares her struggle following his death. And Jones based the book off the 17 handwritten diaries given to her by the singer, three weeks before he died.
“I didn’t want to share my Dad with the whole world,” she said in a statement.
“After his death, I had to learn to live with the attacks against him, the misrepresentations of him, and with the feeling that my Dad now belonged to everyone.
“I cried and mourned my Dad, while fans all around the world mourned Freddie. When you are 15 years old, it’s not easy. I had to become an adult without him, and live all the structuring moments and events without his support.

“For 30 years I had to build my life and family without him and accept that he wouldn’t be there to share the happy moments with us. For 30 years, while the rest of the world was reinterpreting Mercury’s life, his music and all that he had been, I needed to have my Dad just for me and my family. How could I have spoken before?”
In the opening chapter, a handwritten letter from B says Mercury ‘adored and was devoted to’ her, and while her birth may seem ‘unusual’ or ‘outrageous’ to others ‘it never detracted from his commitment to love and look after me. He cherished me like a treasured possession’.
