Dua Lipa is giving fans a massive life update on Instagram as she drops a new gallery of photos. The singer, 30, showed off her curves and ultra-toned muscles in an array of looks this weekend, including plenty of stage moments from her Future Nostalgia tour, alongside reminding fans of her fitness icon status. In one image, Dua flaunted her shredded frame in a black spandex bralette, with the photo coming from her recent shoot for Frame Fitness. Just last month, Dua debuted her co-founder and Chief Creative Director status with the Pilates fitness brand. In a caption, the “New Rules” star told fans she was sharing “lil bits from all over.” The post netted over 100,000 likes in just 30 minutes.

Dazzling in a sparkly, glitter-encrusted dress in her opening slide, Dua posed by a wall for a slightly blurry photo, sending out party vibes while wearing her dark hair tied back.

The Grammy winner, who is still touring non-stop, included tons of party and performance action as she flaunted her killer body, slipping into a metallic gold bodysuit and fishnets in her second photo as she delighted a sell-out audience. Dua, who showed off her toned legs in this photo, also reminded fans of her abs in a Frame BTS snap, where a glam team applied the finishing touches for her September shoot. Here, Dua wowed in a logo sports bra with a low neckline, teasing her cleavage while putting her ultra-toned torso on display.

Further images included late-night fun, a shot of Dua in a braless white dress, plus a close-up of her face. “Lil bits from all over,” the pop star wrote. “Cutie,” one fan replied. “Your smile is everything! It makes me so happy every single time,” another wrote.

Dua Lipa recently toured the East Coast, although not all of her time was spent on stage.

Enjoying some downtime in these snaps, the brunette flaunted her curves in a plunging metallic bikini, enjoying a relaxing poolside moment at her Miami, FL hotel. “I am religious about washing my face and doing my nighttime skincare routine every evening. Even when it’s a rehearsal day and I’m not wearing makeup, it is so important to wash the day off,” Dua told Refinery29as she discussed squeezing in some self-care amid her hectic schedule.

“I also use this time to check in with myself and practice gratitude. The past year has been one for the history books, and I’m just so lucky to have fans who have been so supportive of me from the beginning,” Dua Lipa continued.
