Diddy has been slammed with yet another lawsuit amid his ongoing legal troubles. In the lawsuit filed on Friday, the Bad Boy Records founder is accused of hiring an underaged trafficked girl for a sex party in Miami.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the anonymous plaintiff claimed that she was about 15 years old when she was taken to a warehouse event Diddy hosted in 2020.

Explaining that she’d been trafficked since she was 12 and had been under the control of various pimps over the years, Jane Doe added that she was forced to engage in sex acts with over 20 men at the party.

Although she didn’t accuse Diddy of assaulting her, she claimed she saw him doing it to another trafficked girl who she believed would be around 12 or 13 years old.

She added that she and the said girl Diddy allegedly assaulted were part of the same trafficked group, going on to claim the rapper watched as the abuse went on that night.

The lawsuit was filed by Tony Buzbee, who has already filed several cases against Diddy. The suit is seeking damages for sexual assault as well as aiding and abetting sex trafficking.

Responding to the allegations, Diddy’s lawyer distanced the rapper from the claims as they maintained his innocence.

They told TMZ, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Diddy is currently locked up at the notorious metropolitan detention center as he faces several sex crime charges.

Another woman accused him of drugging and keeping her captive in a new lawsuit filed on Thursday, per the Daily Mail.

In the lawsuit, the woman accused the “Finna Get Loose” rapper of assaulting her after they met at a VIP party in 1999 in New York City. She claimed he promised her a safe space to pass the night after opening up to him about her need to catch a train home.

While they were on the drive home, she claimed that she tried to text the address of the property she’d found in a mail to her husband to keep him alert but was prevented by the driver.

Diddy then allegedly encouraged her to have another drink after which she claims she had to endure being groped and made sexual advances.

When they finally got home the woman says Diddy subjected her to four hours of “unwanted touching and groping of her breasts and genitals.”

The complaint says: “Combs is a menace to society, women and children. While his wealth has kept him above consequence for years, Combs now faces the awesome power of the American judicial system and ultimately a jury of his peers, who will be asked to punish him for the deplorable conduct described herein.”

His lawyers still maintain that he’s innocent of the allegations.

Meanwhile, a sexual assault lawsuit that accused Diddy and Jay-Z of raping a 13-year-old girl at a VMAs after-party was dismissed on Friday.

Buzbee, who is the same attorney that represented the accuser, filed to withdraw the case, saying that the plaintiff “hereby gives notice that the… action is voluntarily dismissed, with prejudice.”

As the lawsuit was withdrawn with prejudice, it cannot again be refiled in its current form. Responding to the development, Diddy’s legal team issued a statement declaring his innocence.

“For months, we have seen case after case filed by individuals hiding behind anonymity, pushed forward by an attorney more focused on media headlines than legal merit. Just like this claim, the others will fall apart because there is no truth to them,” the statement said.
