A new lawsuit is alleging that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and two masked men gang-raped a Louisiana woman after Diddy’s son Justin Combs lured her to California in April 2017.

Page Six reports that they have obtained a lawsuit which claims that Justin Combs convinced the unnamed woman to travel to Los Angeles in 2017, after telling her he could help get her a job in the entertainment industry.

The lawsuit contains claims from the woman that she was put in a property in Beverly Hills and raped by several men including Sean Combs.

In the lawsuit are claims that the woman and Justin Combs first interacted over Snapchat and that he asked her for explicit photos, which she agreed to provide.

The lawsuit then alleges that a few days later she was invited to California as he claimed he could use his father’s connections to get her a job.

The woman claims she was picked up by a driver when she arrived in LA and taken to a house where she stayed with Justin Combs.

Claiming that they ‘relaxed’ and ‘talked’, the woman alleges in the lawsuit that she asked if they were going to leave the property and that Justin said ‘no.’

She also claimed that he offered her alcohol, pills, ‘poppers’ and cannabis that she feared was laced.

Taking the drugs, she said that three men then arrived at the house wearing masks and that one of them was Diddy, which she knew due to his ‘mannerisms’ and claimed that Justin called him ‘pops.’

In the lawsuit it is claimed that she was then taken to a bedroom and told ‘you better let this happen or else’, and the woman claimed that each of the men took turns raping her.

She said that she was raped from Saturday through to Sunday afternoon, and that on the following day she was taken to the airport. Diddy’s attorney told Page Six they denied the allegations.

They said: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Diddy’s defence are making their closing arguments at his trial today (27 June), after which time the jury will be sent away to deliberate and deliver verdicts on the charges against him.

Sean Combs faces federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution.
