Denise Richards’ new request comes right after she disclosed her intention to bring Aaron Phypers and his mother, Patricia Phypers, to the witness box next week.

The former reality star has finally responded to her estranged husband’s divorce petition, requesting that the judge mandate him to provide spousal support. She expressed that she has no intention of paying Phypers a farthing on her end.
Phypers may have envisaged his ex-wife’s move when he filed for divorce back in July and claimed he had no source of income. He stated in his petition that the actress must provide him with spousal support.
Per TMZ, the actress emphasized that she was getting enough payment from her multiple brand deals, OnlyFans, and appearances to enable her to settle his spousal support demands seamlessly.

Richards found her way to court again to seek an upgrade in a previous restraining order against her ex-husband.
The actress declared that she intends to turn the temporary restraining order into a permanent one after Phypers and his mother, alongside other witnesses, give their testimony about the abuse she suffered from Phypers.
As reported by The Blast, Richards is expecting her former mother-in-law to spend an hour giving her testimony in court. As for the reality TV alum, she has plans to discuss her experience at the hands of her estranged husband for six hours.
Phypers will also spend four hours in the dock, and insiders from his camp have expressed complete confidence in his testimony, emphasizing that he has nothing to hide.

This is not the first time Richards had dragged Phypers to court; she accused him of withholding some of her personal properties and had now started sharing suggestive pictures of her without her permission.
The Blast shared that Richards urged the court to restrict Phypers from revealing any more incriminating content on her devices.
The actress explained that her estranged husband had even begun leaking her nude pictures and videos to media outlets, which have gone ahead to feature the content in their story.
“I am in extreme distress and greatly disturbed since Aaron has been repeatedly disseminating private text messages stolen from my laptop after the TRO has been issued,” Richards’ statement read.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum opened up about her divorce on social media, revealing that she never thought a second divorce was in the cards for her.

After some of his explosive episodes, Richards shared that he would express remorse with promises to change for the better, but that day never came. However, Phypers, in his response to the statement, shared that he had never physically or verbally abused his estranged wife or anyone at all.
