Demi Moore’s daughter Tallulah Willis has commented on her ex-stepdad Ashton Kutcher with words she said ‘maybe should have been a private message’.

Willis is the daughter of Hollywood stars Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, and when Moore married Ashton Kutcher in 2005 he became her stepdad.

Moore and Kutcher ended up divorcing in 2013, he has gone on to marry Mila Kunis but said in 2020 that he has made a ‘conscious effort to stay in touch’ with Moore’s children even if he’s no longer their stepdad.

He told the WTF Podcast a few years back: “I was helping raise teenage girls through their adolescence.

“I love them. I’m never going to stop loving them and respecting them and honoring them and rooting for them to be successful in whatever they are pursuing.”

“I was never trying to be their father. I always had respect and honored Bruce, and I think he’s a brilliant human being and a wonderful man.

“If they don’t want an engagement with me, I’m not going to force it upon them. But they all do and it’s great.”

Tallulah Willis recently commented on her relationship with ex-stepfather Kutcher as she responded to a social media post from Gwyneth Paltrow where she said the latest episode of her podcast was about ‘the messy, beautiful, and often surprising realities of stepparenting’.

Willis commented: “I have a lot to say on this! Especially how to move through an ex-step parent.”

When someone asked her if she was talking about Ashton Kutcher, Willis responded by saying ‘this maybe should have been a private message lol but yes I have personal experience with this’.

She then went on to say talking about stepparenting was ‘an important conversation’.

“Also. No one needs to be bad guy for a situation to be healed. there’s room for everyone,” Willis commented further, which drew a lot of approval from those chatting to her online.

Willis has spoken on the TV show Stars on Mars about what it was like for her during her childhood.

She said: “It was like 2003, my mom had just started dating Ashton.

“It was a moment, a lot going on and I really went inside of myself, and that did send me into like a total dumpster fire. It was really hard, and I’m still unpacking.

“However, I found the other side of that, which is like – I really love myself now, and I love my family. I love my family.”
