Ever wondered if the stars could guide you through the post-gig chaos at Wembley? As Coldplay’s concerts blaze on under late August skies, fans aren’t just jamming out—they’re strategizing the art of the perfect escape. With Mercury doing its celestial dance, maybe that’s why some are swearing off Olympic Way—calling it a one-way ticket to endless tube delays. Instead, savvy music lovers suggest a detour toward the overground stations or braving the traffic chaos on Carey Way. It’s almost cosmic how a well-timed Uber booking feels as essential as catching the encore of “ALL MY LOVE.” So, if you’re ready to dodge the crowds and still catch a bit of magic, stick around—because your ultimate survival guide to Coldplay at Wembley, including where to snatch last-minute tickets and navigate coach rides, is all just a scroll away. LEARN MORE.

Coldplay’s Wembley Stadium concerts are well underway (you can buy tickets here), and fans are sharing their top tips for securing a taxi home.

As regular gig-goers will know, the worst part about a show is beating the crowd home, but music lovers have revealed the best place to wave down an Uber at the UK’s largest venue.

On Reddit, one Coldplay fan warned: “Don’t walk up Olympic Way, as it will take you hours to get the tube home! If you can turn left and head towards Wembley’s overground station, go past it, and then walk down Harrow Road as far as you can.”

Another suggested booking an Uber from Carey Way, but warned that traffic should be expected.

“We took an Uber from Carey Way, which is the pickup and drop off point for the stadium,” they said. “Traffic will be a nightmare, so expect to wait a long time and expect surge pricing. There is an accessible buggy service to Pink Parking and then Carey Way is just a little bit further on.”

A third said they managed to get on the tube after leaving without missing the final song, which according to most set lists is ALL MY LOVE.

“I left last night at about 10.35pm, right after the final song. The crowds moved slowly but it didn’t take long to reach my train. I was on the tube by 11.15pm. If you’d like to pre-book though, I’d schedule it on Uber.”

So, now you know how to beat the Wembley Stadium rush, where can you still get hold of Coldplay tickets? Find out everything you need to know below.
