“Can You Spot the Difference? Unraveling the Cosmic Trio of Sensing, Feeling, and Thinking – Don’t Trust Your Gut, It’s Playing Games!”

Added on April 21, 2025 inASTROLOGY CARDS

Ever feel like we’re all just participants in some cosmic treasure hunt, chasing clues through the maze of cyberspace? We get our intel from the internet, which, let’s be real, is like getting directions from the town drunk—it’s fun, but you might end up lost. And today, with Mercury square Neptune, it’s not just the Wi-Fi that’s foggy, but the whole digital truth-o-sphere!

In this wild world of misinformation where the breadcrumbs lead you astray like a dad hiding Easter eggs, how do you separate the real McCoy from the chaff? It’s like trying to solve a puzzle with half the pieces missing. Earlier today—or was it yesterday?—Mercury did its classic dance with Neptune, turning the internet into a veritable hall of mirrors.

How do you even start discerning right from wrong when the signs themselves are being flipped around like cheat sheets in hide and seek? Is your gut the better guide, or should you trust the mind’s analytical prowess more? And when you’ve got an 8th house that’s practically bursting at the seams like it’s trying to escape your chart, doesn’t that make you even more acutely, perhaps naively, aware of the signs?

So, here’s a thought: when the celestial bodies play their games, and the digital universe is equally as murky, how do you keep your compass true? Got any tricks up your sleeve to ensure you’re not just wildly guessing on a guess who?

We get our information from the Internet, for the most part.  The Internet, where misinformation has become the norm!  Ha ha! It’s less than ideal.

Further, the machinations behind the scenes are inordinately sophisticated.  You wind up following signposts that lead you to the wrong conclusion.  It reminds me of the Treasure Hunts, I used to design for my kids. I knew where they’d wind up!

With a packed 8th house, I tend to pay attention to signs.  These days, I’m not sure it’s enough. I say this, because the “signs” can be created to mislead.

Also, the mind is very easy to trick and manipulate.  For example, if you read, “one hundred people agree”, your mind will automatically be ready to agree as well.  You may be able to combat this in the moment, but it’s like straightening my curly hair. It’s always returns to the norm.  Feelings are pretty reliable, in my experience, though they can also become confused.

Logically, it seems you should use all three, but this doesn’t seem to be how it works in real life.

There are times when my mind is very sharp. Forget about it! I can crack codes all day long! But there are other times, I pick up a chart and what is needed, exists in my head, before I’ve even had a chance to think.  On other occasions, information arrives like a gut punch.

I don’t know that I’ve ever had all three of these hit me at once, but these functions work beautifully, sequentially.   For example, I may have the insight hit me. I still need to use my Mercurial functions to communicate it.  Or I may think of  something and need to suss out what to do with the information, if anything.

How do you generally discern, right from wrong, truth from lie, etc?  Do you have a way of checking yourself?
