Speaking candidly to former family friend Bubba the Love Sponge on Twitch, Brooke revealed she had long been uneasy about her father’s relationship with Sky Daily.
Though she initially thought Sky was kind and praised her children, Brooke admitted her perspective shifted once marriage was on the table.
“And he told me he was never getting married again, so I was like, well, that’s not a worry, you know,” Brooke recalled per The Sun. “And she’s nice, and she’s cool… but he was saying, you know, ‘She’s pushing the marriage thing real hard.’ And I said, well, Dad, you don’t have to do what you don’t have to do, you know.”
Brooke claimed her father confessed, “I’m trying to figure out a way out of this thing,” and even hinted darkly, “Well, if I broke up with her, it’d be really bad.”

That ominous tone, combined with rumors about Scientology, left Brooke uneasy.
She said, “And when I brought that up to my dad, he goes, ‘Oh, well, she just doesn’t want to leave [the Church of Scientology] because she still wants her kids to be able to see the grandparents and they are the highest level, like OT eight, I believe.’”

Brooke said her father’s final phone call came just before his marriage to Sky. What should have been a joyful update left her shaken instead.
“What happened was he called me and there was a very weird, cryptic, strange message,” she recalled. “It reminded me of when people in AA do their steps, and he said, ‘Hey, I just wanted to call and say I’m sorry for whatever I did.’”
Confused, Brooke pressed him for clarity. She explained, “I’m like, no offense, but you mean? What you said about me on the sex tape? Or, like, you know, you’re sorry for whatever you did. I mean, there’s a lot of things that we could go through that you’ve done, so like… what are we what are we sorry about?”
He never elaborated, and Brooke hung up, knowing he was going to marry Sky.

“And that’s the last time I talked to my dad,” she said. “I just have the heebie jeebies. I’m just feeling too weird about it.”

Amid growing fears of being drawn into legal and personal turmoil, Brooke revealed that she had asked to be removed from her father’s will.
“I was like, take me off everything,” she admitted tearfully.
She explained, “If Sky is a Scientologist… I know that that’s a very, very powerful backing. Then I thought, Oh my God, if I get left any money, or if Nick was left any money… I don’t want to fight Linda. I don’t want to fight Scientology. I don’t want somebody that I love to get knocked off.”
Instead, she hoped to at least inherit his intellectual property. “I would have made him an Elvis legacy, or a Marilyn Monroe legacy, or a Selena legacy, and I hope that whoever has his marks does that,” she noted.
However, Brooke expressed frustration at those around her father.
“Everybody’s there for a paycheck, everybody is there egging him on because you guys are getting paid… and I said, ‘It’s killing him.’”

The strained father‑daughter relationship cut deeply into personal milestones.
When Brooke asked Hulk Hogan to walk her down the aisle, he flatly refused.
She recalled, “I was like, ‘Look, I want you to walk me down the aisle.’ And he goes, ‘Nope, that’s not me. I don’t do weddings up and I don’t do funerals anymore.’”
Brooke pressed him, but his response never changed. She recalled him saying, “Nope. You guys have fun. You got my blessing, but you can’t get me to leave the beach.”
Bubba the Love Sponge reacted with disbelief, reminding Brooke that she was his firstborn and flesh and blood.
For Brooke, the rejection added another wound to an already complicated bond.
Brooke also revisited one of the darkest chapters of her father’s public scandals, his sex tape and racist comments.
“What my dad doesn’t know is, no matter what he ever did, I would forgive him for it, I would love him,” she said.
However, the betrayal stung. “He’s talking bad about you, and it’s a sex tape, and he’s talking about you and your boyfriend,” friends warned her at the time. Brooke admitted she was young, naive, and afraid to speak up against her powerful family.
Brooke said, “Like, that’s my daddy. I love him and I miss him, but… he literally said to me, when I said, Dad, I’m really concerned… he goes, ‘Well, I guess you have to live your life, and I have to live mine.’ And I said, ‘Well, screw me then I guess.’”

Still, she acknowledged the years she spent caring for him, even during his difficult second marriage, noting, “I’ve done everything to help the guy that I possibly can, and genuinely loved him. Naturally, you’re biologically wired to love your dad.”
As she reflected, Brooke said, “I’m trying to remember the good times. I’m trying to also digest the information and more betrayal and more things that I’ve been finding out.”
