Michael Jackson’s youngest son has a talent for something very specific, which he used to build a following for one of his career aims.
While many will be looking forward to the release of Michael, a biopic on the life of the King of Pop, attention has shifted to some of MJ’s past controversies.
This includes old recordings of the US artist speaking about children, in tapes which have been described as ‘uneasy’ to listen to.
Jackson’s former PR has even claimed that the late musician was ‘absolutely’ guilty of child abuse, as claims around this first rose in 1993.
Aside from his legal controversies, attention has also been brought to his children, as Jackson was a father to three children before his death in 2009.
While Paris and Prince have been fairly active on social media over the years, many have wondered about his youngest, Blanket.

Firstly, Blanket changed his name to ‘Bigi’ in 2015, at the age of 13.
He reportedly said that it was due to the ‘bullying’ that he suffered due to his unique first name.
Bigi is best known for being dangled over a Berlin hotel balcony as a baby, by none other than his father, who apologised for his actions soon after.
The 23-year-old has kept his life private, giving the occasional interview here, most notably joining his siblings in a celebration for his late father’s 65th birthday in August 2023, even hosting a Q&A with his sister.
But one of the titbits we know about Bigi comes courtesy of his older brother, who spoke to Entertainment Tonight back on Halloween in 2019.
Prince spoke of his brother’s impeccable knowledge of film and comics when announcing that the pair had started their own YouTube channel, where they would review films such as Avengers: Endgame and Marriage Story.
It was called Film Family, though nothing has been uploaded on the channel since March 2020, right before the Covid lockdown.
“My brother has a really unique talent to be able to tell you, even a movie he hasn’t seen, he’ll tell you what year it came out. He knows the director, the staff, the crew, everybody behind it that you wouldn’t know,” Prince revealed.
He went on: “He really thinks and studies about film in a different way that you would notice and that comes with his upbringing with my dad encouraging him to study film.
“We had a film teacher at a very young age. So it was really his idea and he was championing behind it.”

Bigi said in an interview with Good Morning Britain in November 2021, claiming that he would memorise a lot of details about his father.
Just a teenager at the time, he spoke about how MJ’s legacy lives on through him and his siblings.
He explained at the time: “There’s a lot of really cool stuff here. There’s a lot of history in this house and the studio here. That’s what he was all about.”
“That’s what each of us want to do — make things that people enjoy but also benefit their lives,” he said of his siblings.
The film-enthusiast then opened up on climate change, highlighting that it’s ‘important’ people are aware of it, adding: “We have some work to do but our generation knows how important it is.”
