Blake Lively has had another person who was on the “It Ends With Us” set speak out against her amid her legal battle with her co-star, Justin Baldoni.
Talia Spencer, a female crew member, recently had an interview where she claimed that the actress tried to “take advantage” of Baldoni’s “kindness” in order to seize control of the movie.
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni have been locked in a bitter legal war since the actress filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the director, prompting him to hit her with a $400 million countersuit.

Talia Spencer, a storyboard artist, had a sit-down with “60 Minutes Australia” during a segment focusing on the legal feud between Baldoni and Lively, where she shared her candid thoughts on the matter.
During the interview, Spencer had kind words for Baldoni, describing him as “one of the few directors I’ve worked for that was kind and respectful.”
“I feel like maybe Blake smelled his kindness, mistook it for weakness, and tried to take advantage and take power,” she added, per the Daily Mail.
When quizzed on whether she felt Lively tried to take control of the movie, Spencer responded, “I think she tried to, yes.”

She also noted that there was eventually “a massive compromise in terms of Justin’s original vision for the film,” hinting that Lively was successful in obtaining the power she sought over the project.

In her chat with “60 Minutes Australia,” Spencer also shared that she always felt Baldoni cared “a lot about the vision” and was not “in it for the fame.”
She further admitted that she finds it “very hard to believe the allegations against him, considering his mission statement about the film. And him, genuinely, pitching that he was doing this film to help young women.”
“I just find it hard to believe the allegations, to be honest,” Spencer emphasized about Lively’s accusations against Baldoni.
Spencer also stressed that she never felt uncomfortable during any of her interactions with Baldoni.
“I felt more comfortable being around Justin than a lot of film directors, in my experience,” she noted.

Before Spencer’s remarks about Lively and Baldoni, one of the actors in the movie, Adam Mondschein, spoke out about the actress including him in her lawsuit.
As part of her original and amended complaint, Lively alleged that Baldoni cast Mondschein as her OBGYN in a “violative birthing scene.”
Calling Mondschein the director’s “best friend,” Lively also claimed that his selection for this “intimate role,” in which his “face and hands were in close proximity to her nearly nude genitalia for a birth scene, was invasive and humiliating.”
In response, Mondschein revealed that he was “surprised to read” the actress’s description of the scene, as reported by The Blast.
He also claimed that Lively was more clothed than she had stated and had the ability to choose other garments to wear during the scene to cover up.
“Her costume included a full hospital gown, black shorts and torso-covering prosthetic to make her appear pregnant in addition to whatever personal garments she chose,” the actor recalled about the scene.

Regarding the birthing scene in “It Ends With Us,” Mondschein claimed Lively “never complained” or expressed “discomfort at any point.”
“Nothing unusual or improper occurred,” the actor further explained. “It was entirely professional.”
Mondschein also addressed Lively’s allegation that his role as OBGYN Dr. Dunbar could have been filled by any “local actor,” responding with a clapback that included him listing his acting qualifications.
“I was, in fact, a local hire (my wife and I are from New York and spend significant time there),” he noted.
“As such, I, like any actor accepting that contract, was required to cover my own travel and living expenses in connection with the job,” continued the actor.
Mondschein also shared that he is willing to testify in Lively and Baldoni’s trial, which has been scheduled for March 9, 2026.

In his massive $400 million lawsuit, which he filed after Lively sued him for sexual harassment, Baldoni accused the actress and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, of trying to defame him.
He also claimed that the Hollywood power couple tried to use their influence to take control of the movie, “It Ends With Us.”
According to legal documents obtained by Variety, Baldoni filed a 179-page complaint in the Southern District of New York, accusing Reynolds and Lively of civil extortion, defamation, and invasion of privacy.
“At bottom, this is not a case about celebrities sniping at each other in the press,” Baldoni’s lawsuit read. “This is a case about two of the most powerful stars in the world deploying their enormous power to steal an entire film right out of the hands of its director and production studio… When Plaintiffs have their day in court, the jury will recognize that even the most powerful celebrity cannot bend the truth to her will.”
The couple has since condemned Baldoni’s lawsuit, with Reynolds asking to be dismissed from it and Lively accusing the actor of trying to silence her with “scorched earth” tactics.
