Amy Schumer recently made headlines for her very dramatic weight loss as she took to Instagram to show off her slimmed-down body.

Fans were also quick to note that her face looked so clear, with many suggesting she used a filter. Although she credits a beauty brand for her stunning glow-up, a plastic surgeon said the actress could have had Botox or likely “relying on camera trickery.”

Amy Schumer has also been plagued by rumors of marital troubles and was recently seen without her wedding ring in new photos.

The comedian has been open about her weight loss journey and shared a picture where she sat on a stair, showcasing her weight loss.

Aside from her slimmed-down figure, what piqued fans’ interest was Schumer’s wrinkle-free face, prompting many to suggest she employed the use of a filter.

However, the “Trainwreck” actress credited facials for the glow-up as she wrote in the caption: “Skin as always by @georgialouisesk.”

The tagged account in her post is for the British founder of Georgia Louise Beauty, Longevity & Georgia Louise Skincare on East 81st in New York. The website notes that the beauty company uses “natural and clinically potent” formulas to give the face of their dreams.

It claimed to have “pioneered red light therapy” for consumers, and also offers other services like chemical peels, IV drips, PRF EZ Gel, and vitamin shots.

Schumer’s smooth face left a popular plastic surgeon unable to decide whether she had beauty enhancements or not.

According to the Daily Mail, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr Kahn noted that it’s likely she got Botox or used heavy filters to give herself a smooth look.

“You can no longer tell with Instagram photos what is going on because the filters have gotten so good,” he said. “It is likely she has had very little done and is instead relying on camera trickery.”

Like Kahn, many fans took to her comment section to share their take on what happened to her face.

“Where is this time machine, and can I get a ride?” a person wrote, referencing Schumer’s younger look.

Another user said the actress “looks like a teenager,” noting that they “literally thought this was from your prom.”

Schumer has been open about her use of GLP-1 drugs like Wegovy and Mounjaro in her weight loss journey.

The actress earlier spoke on using Wegovy, but noted that she suffered complications from it as she ended up “puking” and “couldn’t handle it.”

“I don’t know if they’ve changed the formula, whatever. But anyway, I went on this Telehealth meeting with Midi Health, and it was cheap. I wanted to try it myself ’cause I wanted to recommend it to my friends who are nurses and teachers,” she explained.

Schumer added that the clinic “put [her] on estrogen and progesterone” before she realized she was “in perimenopause, and my symptoms from being perimenopausal have disappeared.”

However, there’s been a significant change in her life since she adopted Mounjaro.

“My hair is fuller, my skin is better, I have more energy, I want to get down more, if you know what I mean. I’m talking about sex. So that’s been great, and Mounjaro’s been great,” she said.

After Schumer’s  “horrible experience” while using Wegovy, she took a chance on the most popular weight loss drug, Ozempic.

“So, I tried Ozempic almost three years ago, and I was like, veteran. I was like, vomiting — and then you have no energy. But other people take it, and they’re all good. God bless them,” she said on the Howard Stern Show.

The actress further noted that although she “lost 30 pounds so quick” and “looked great” while on weight loss drugs, she couldn’t “lift my head off the pillow” from how nauseous she was due to the side effects.

Since getting on Mounjaro, Schumer has had nothing but praise for the medication, seemingly hinting that she does not suffer the same effects she did while on Wegovy and Ozempic.

Meanwhile, Schumer hasn’t been seen with her husband, Chris Fischer, in several weeks now as speculations intensify about their breakup. To worsen the talk, she was without her wedding ring in her recent snapshots, sending the rumor mill into overdrive.

“Amy is 100 percent getting divorced. She got skinny, she is over it,” a close friend claimed to the Daily Mail.

They continued, “Chris is mostly out of the house at this point. They’ve listed two homes now, in Brooklyn and New Orleans. She deleted Chris from Instagram, then deleted everything else. She’s going to file soon, but it’s over. Done.”

However, she has since denied the rumors, saying “Chris and I are still married” as she praised Hulu’s new show about divorce attorneys, “All’s Fair.”

A source also told People Magazine that they’re “privately working through normal issues” in their marriage and could come out on top of it.

“They’re privately working through normal issues that couples in long-term marriages have,” a source said. “They are both committed to the relationship.”
