Karoline Leavitt’s Super Bowl Halftime Hack: Is She Secretly Moonwalking with Bad Bunny While the President Misses the Beat?

Added on February 16, 2026 inMusic News Cards

So, here’s a curveball that nobody saw coming: could Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary, be a secret Bad Bunny devotee? I mean, with all the drama swirling around the Super Bowl halftime show—where Bad Bunny took the stage and basically rewrote the script on what a halftime act looks like—the last thing you’d expect is the woman fronting the press briefings vibing to his music. Especially after Trump dumped on the whole thing like it was a bad Tinder date, calling it “disgusting” and “an affront to the Greatness of America.” Yet, in one of those jaw-dropping internet moments, Leavitt’s New Year’s Instagram reel featured the very same Bad Bunny track that got the MAGA crowd gnashing their teeth. Hmm. The cosmos must be having a laugh with Mercury doing flips in Aquarius or something, perfectly aligning for this bizarre crossover of politics and pop culture. Buckle up, because this story’s got more twists than a soap opera, and trust me, you don’t want to miss the juicy mess that follows. LEARN MORE

Here’s a question you probably never thought about until now: is Karoline Leavitt a secret Bad Bunny fan?

The internet’s buzzing because some netizens think they’ve uncovered ‘proof’ suggesting that the White House press secretary could be, despite the recent remarks about the Grammy-winning musician’s Super Bowl halftime show.

Singer and rapper Bad Bunny, real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, stunned the crowd at Levi’s Stadium on February 8, with a groundbreaking Spanish-language performance that saw him wheeling through a field of sugarcane as he paid tribute to Puerto Rico.

Some viewers, however, were furious that he performed in Spanish because they could not understand what he was singing.

One person who made their thoughts harsh critiques very clear is Donald Trump, who called the widely acclaimed set ‘disgusting’ – but after spotting a small detail on her Instagram, people have started to wonder whether Trump’s press secretary might hold a different view.

Taking to Truth Social, the POTUS wrote: “The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence.

“Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World.

“This ‘Show’ is just a ‘slap in the face’ to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day — including the Best Stock Market and 401(k)s in History!

“There is nothing inspirational about this mess of a Halftime Show and watch, it will get great reviews from the Fake News Media, because they haven’t got a clue of what is going on in the REAL WORLD.

“And, by the way, the NFL should immediately replace its ridiculous new Kickoff Rule. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! President DONALD J. TRUMP.”

This wasn’t the first time Trump spoke out against Bad Bunny. Earlier he claimed that he’d ‘never heard’ of the ‘DtMF’ singer.

And at the Grammys this year, the 31-year-old star spoke out against ICE by starting his acceptance speech by declaring “ICE Out.”

He continued: “We’re not savage, we’re not animals, we’re not aliens — we are humans, and we are Americans.”

And this is why people are shocked by the revelation that Leavitt was caught using a bad Bunny song in her own Instagram reel, prompting people to question if she’s secretly a fan. That’d be awkward, right?!

On New Year’s Eve she posted an Instagram compilation of her top moments from 2025. That’s pretty standard, but the song she used as the soundtrack? ‘DtMF’.

“Bad Bunny playing for the recap is the funniest s— I’ve seen so far this year. And we’re only 19 days in she lowkey loves him like the rest of us,” one person quipped.

Another commenter said: “Bad Bunny? How ironic.”

While someone else commented after the Super Bowl said: “You can’t talk s— about Bad Bunny, then use his song at the beginning of this bulls—.”

When Leavitt was asked about Bad Bunny’s comments at the Grammys in a press conference following the event, she said she found it ‘very ironic and frankly sad to see celebrities who live in gated communities, with private security with millions of dollars to spend protecting themselves, trying to demonize law enforcement, public servants who work for the United States government to enforce our nation’s laws.’
