You’ll likely notice this shift around the 18-19th, when the sun, moon, Mercury and Venus are in the sign. This will be at that same point, Saturn and Mercury are settling in Aries. These planets will not have had time to become differentiated. Basically, we’re on the ground, in the fog.
Mercury will turn retrograde on February 26th, which may delay progress. This action will also serve to preserve the larger stellium. Mars enters the sign a few days later. In the middle of all this, Pisces ruler, Jupiter will turn direct. You can see this as another turn of the current.
