Kate Mara appeared in the 2014 film Transcendence alongside Johnny Depp. However, she didn’t actually meet him until after the film wrapped and they were doing press before the film’s release. “I am in a Johnny Depp movie, but I didn’t get to meet him! We were shooting for separate scenes all the while. I finally met him at the press junket for our movie,” she said.
