Priscilla Presley has been accused of pulling her daughter’s life support in a bombshell lawsuit claim.
Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of rock and roll legend Elvis Presley, passed away at the age of 54 after suffering a cardiac arrest and being placed in an induced coma on January 12, 2023.
Priscilla, 80, confirmed her daughter’s death in a statement, as per AP: “It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us.
“She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.”
Prior to her daughter’s death, Priscilla called for people to ‘keep her and our family in your prayers’.
However, former business partners of Priscilla have levied a shocking accusation against her just two years after her daughter’s passing, accusing her of pulling Lisa’s life support.

They claimed that it was in a bid to get control of her family name, as per a new lawsuit.
According to documents obtained by The Post, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko – who are the heads of Priscilla Presley Partners – said Priscilla ‘ultimately wanted to control’ her daughter’s trust and Graceland.
Graceland is the estate which Elvis owned, which was bestowed upon her after his death.
Priscilla is also accused of knowing that her daughter was preparing to remove her as head of her trust and subsequently ‘pulled the plug within hours of Lisa Marie being admitted’ to the hospital.
The lawsuit reads: “Priscilla knew that Lisa’s death neutralized the threat of Lisa’s efforts to have Priscilla removed as the sole trustee of Lisa’s irrevocable life insurance trust, and Priscilla ultimately wanted to control the Promenade Trust and Graceland.

“At her house the following week, Priscilla allegedly exclaimed, ‘I’m the queen. I’m in charge of Graceland’.”
However, Pricilla’s lawyers refute the claims, calling them ‘salacious’.
Lawyer Marty Singer called the lawsuit against her ‘one of the most shameful, ridiculous, salacious, and meritless’ fillings ever, telling The Post: “This is nothing more than a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman in blatant retaliation for bringing a lawsuit to redress the wrongful conduct of Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators.”
He went on to say: “Accusing a grieving mother of contributing to her daughter’s death is not savvy advocacy; it is malicious character assassination, and should be broadly condemned. These fabricated claims have absolutely no validity and we are confident this case will be dismissed.”
The new lawsuit comes after Priscilla filed her own last year, which claimed that Kruse, among others, ‘financially abused’ her and stole $1 million.

The new suit alleges that Pricilla was supposed to stop using Elvis’s last name in 1973 after parting ways with the singer, and Lisa Marie came to be the sole inheritor of his estate in 1993.
It states that Priscilla had later attempted to challenge a 2016 amendment to the trust, which removed her as a trustee, following her death.
Lisa Marie’s daughter, Riley Keough, and son Benjamin Keough, who died in 2020, we named as co-trustees.
Riley was then granted full ownership after battling Priscilla in court before announcing it was up for foreclosure.
