Is Your Star Chart Hiding a Secret Success Formula or Just Cosmic Comic Relief?

Added on August 4, 2025 inASTROLOGY CARDS

Ever feel like a tumbleweed caught in a cosmic whirlwind — spinning, snagged, and then rolling on with fate riding shotgun? Well, that’s exactly the vibe when you’ve got a heavy dose of southWest energy, especially with a jam-packed 8th house. It’s like life keeps tossing you unexpected hurdles, but you’ve grown oddly comfortable with the chaos. And then there’s the southEast crowd — those with a stacked zone that supposedly have mastered the art of focusing on numero uno. Seems like they’re destined for success, right? But here’s the kicker: does having that setup mean they actually teach or embody it? Spoiler alert — often not. Let’s unpack why astrology’s finer points don’t always translate to real-world superpowers, and maybe challenge the idea that your chart’s blessings guarantee your triumph. Curious? LEARN MORE

tumbleweed

Have major emphasis on southWest including a packed 8th. Feel like a tumble weed with temporary but deep snags caught up in things, then the tumbling resumes–have become used to fate riding shotgun. Noticed that people with a stacked southEast have something to teach about concentrating on themselves…can’t imagine a stacked southEast to be anything but successful. What say you?

Hi, waterl.  I do not agree.

I have seen all kinds of people with all types of charts become successful. I have also seem legions of people do very little with their life, in spite of having massive advantage… or emphasis or what have you.

As an example of how this works, let’s take the person you mention, who has something to teach.  Assuming you’re right, does this mean they teach it? I feel the answer to that is not only, “no”, but “hell no”.

The reasons for this are endless.  Cowlick In Their Psychology is the first that comes to mind.  Fear that disables. Daddy said they were ugly and stupid. Lazy. Greedy with their energy. Perfectionist.

I get the impression you’re looking at others as more fortunate than you, rather than figuring out how get uncaught and stay that way!  And/or perhaps you’re better suited to riding shotgun than you think?

That’s not meant to be harsh.  It’s just an idea, because after all these years, I’ve noticed most people are in fact living their chart.  Might not be the best configuration, but if they really hated it that bad, they’d make a move, eventually.
