Brielle explained that she grew up in an environment where people around her were having plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancements. She noted she was influenced from a young age by following Zolciak to all her doctor appointments, saying:
“I feel like she was mostly getting every laser you could think of to remain youthful. So then every month I’m like, ‘Oh, I need to go get my lips done.‘ Filler became like going and getting like a Diet Coke, you know?”
Brielle noted that using fillers became the norm for her, like getting her nails done; however, she had one regret about her cosmetic journey. The reality TV star wished she had listened to Zolciak and skipped the under-eye filler, which has now become an insecurity because one side was puffier than the other.

Brielle previously got candid about her cosmetic journey in 2019, telling PEOPLE she had wanted to get her lips done since she was 14. She explained that she was born with thin lips and became extremely insecure since all her friends had big, fuller lips.
“Since I was 14, I was like, I have to have my lips done right when I turn 18. If I could’ve done it sooner, I would’ve, and I don’t regret it. I don’t think I’ve gone overboard like people claim,” Brielle said. She doubled down on not regretting her lip filler despite the backlash she faced, adding:
“Everybody has an opinion, and some people say I’ve gone overboard. I will say, in some pictures, they do look a little crazy, but I feel like in person they’re actually not.”
