Sean “Diddy” Combs may have been acquitted of the most serious charges in his federal sex trafficking trial, but the fallout continues as former associates speak out, and new legal challenges emerge.
Jourdan Atkinson, Diddy’s former personal chef, took to Instagram following Wednesday’s verdict, revealing she feels “traumatized” and “terrified” after the jury’s decision.

The music mogul was found not guilty of racketeering and sex trafficking but still faces sentencing for two counts of transportation for prostitution, which could carry up to 20 years in prison.
“I do not feel safe. I am extremely traumatized. I do not know where to go from here,” Atkinson shared in an emotional video post, calling the outcome “a grave miscarriage of justice.”
Atkinson claims she was both a victim of and a witness to Diddy’s abuse during her years working for him. She alleges she was assaulted by Combs in 2008 at his New Jersey estate and says she first learned about his alleged abuse of then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in 2009.
Fearing for their safety, Atkinson says she was intimidated into silence for years.

She further revealed that she was contacted by federal authorities in May and subpoenaed to testify before the grand jury, an experience she says left her deeply shaken.
“The only reason I was not called to the stand is because I flipped out on the government,” she stated.
She also accused Diddy’s legal team of attempting to tamper with her as a potential witness, claiming they reached out offering to cover any legal fees following her subpoena.

Atkinson included proof of the subpoena and a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian, asking that Diddy be held behind bars during sentencing.
“Where do we the victims & witnesses go from here?” she wrote in the Instagram caption. “Do you understand how terrifying it is to have the Feds show up at your door? Do you know how terrifying it is to be served with a grand jury subpoena? Do you know how insanely terrifying it is to be contacted by the lawyers of the person at the center of the investigation? Even before the feds schedule a meeting? How powerful is a person that can reach over the government? Dealing with witness tampering in real time is actually INSANE!”
She added, “I stand on everything that I have always said.”

The actress continued, “Wow. They just think women stay because of what? Money. Fame. ‘They love the abuse.’ What a f-cking joke.”
“This entire criminal process started when our client, Cassie Ventura, had the courage to file her civil complaint in November 2023,” her team said. “Although the jury did not find Combs guilty of sex trafficking Cassie beyond a reasonable doubt, she paved the way for a jury to find him guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution.”

And 50 Cent, no stranger to stirring the pot online, didn’t hold back after the verdict in Diddy’s trial was announced. The rapper and longtime Diddy rival quickly jumped on social media, sharing a sly photo of himself flashing a wide grin just moments after the news broke.
“Diddy beat the Feds that boy a bad man beat the Rico, he the Gay John Gotti @50centaction,” he captioned the post.
The verdict may have provided a temporary legal reprieve for the Bad Boy Records founder, but his legal troubles are far from over.
According to the lawsuit, Howard claims he was unknowingly given an STD by Cassie and alleges she became pregnant by him but aborted the child without his knowledge or consent. He also says he was coerced into repeated drug-fueled sexual acts, including hours-long forced masturbation sessions that resulted in physical injury.
Howard is now seeking damages for psychological trauma and bodily harm.
