Pop star Taylor Swift attracts a lot of attention for her high-profile relationship with her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Although the two spend a lot of time together, the NFL star insists that they’re just enjoying life and not trying to rub their relationship in anyone’s face.

Scroll for the photo. During a guest appearance on the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast, the NFL star said that he and the “Shake It Off” are “having fun with” the negativity surrounding their public relationship.

“It gets thrown out there, like we’re trying to seek attention every now and then,” he said. “We’re just enjoying life and having fun going to hockey games, kinda introducing her to some more of the sports world.”

He went on to tell co-host Will Compton that dealing with the paparazzi is “the craziest part” about his relationship with the “Anti-Hero” singer. “The paparazzi, that’s probably the only thing I didn’t really grasp until you’re in it,” he added.

“Like I’m just playing golf and all of a sudden in the trees, there’s a f-cking guy with a camera,” he said, joking that he now has to be careful about taking bathroom breaks. “Just don’t want my meat on Page Six, know what I mean?”

Taylor is known for her Independence Day parties, but it remains to be seen who is going to be on the guest list this year. It’s pretty clear that Travis and his teammates will be invited if they’re not too busy with their football schedule, but one of her longtime friends might not be on the guest list this year.

“Gossip Girl” actress Blake Lively and her husband, “Deadpool” actor Ryan Reynolds, might not be invited to the party this year because of Blake’s “It Ends With Us” lawsuit against director Justin Baldoni. Some of Blake’s texts referred to Taylor as one of her “dragons,” which seemingly didn’t sit too well with the “Cruel Summer” singer.

It remains to be seen if Taylor will invite the backup dancers from her Eras Tour to her Fourth of July party. In January, her backup singer, Jeslyn Gorman, shared a long carousel of photos from The Eras Tour behind-the-scenes, which included shots of Taylor vacationing with her friends. There is a shot of them all lounging together on a boat, showing the “Invisible String” singer wearing a colorful two-piece swimsuit.

In the caption, Jeslyn recalled some things that she had learned in 2024, such as “Grace is a beautiful gift that we don’t give ourselves enough of” and “Generosity not only lifts someone else up, but it magically also lifts you up.” It also included some funny ones, like “TikTok is very useful for travel plans.”

In a separate post, she recalled how The Eras Tour “has been more than just a tour for me, more than just a show. These people that I get to call family, the love that we feel on and off stage.”

“Someone asked me what my word for this all would be, and the first thing that came to mind was a ‘blessing,’” she recalled. “This tour, these people, that energy, motivated and strengthened me to get through an incredibly tough time. The perfect thing I didn’t know I needed, until I needed it.”
