Fans noted the “HEAT” caption was a song reference — the track is due for release on June 6.

Fans were likely keen to know Rita’s workout secrets after seeing the photo. “I might go to the gym three times a week and then I’ll definitely do a Pilates class, so it’s not always weights,” the songstress has revealed.

As for keeping fit on the road, Rita Ora continued: “I always travel with one kilogram or two kg dumbbells, ankle weights and a medium resistance band,” adding: “If I can’t do a workout, I just use the ankle weights and wear them when we’re around town or at home.”
