Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly planning to look into some real estate together during the NFL’s off-season.

This news comes after the singer watched her boyfriend and his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, clinch their third consecutive Super Bowl appearance.

After the tense game between the Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills, Taylor Swift was full of admiration for Travis Kelce as she rushed to the field to tell him how “proud” she was.

Since wrapping up her Eras Tour in December, Swift has largely stayed out of the spotlight, aside from a few outings in New York City and cheering on Kelce at his football games.

However, an insider told Us Weekly that the singer is deeply invested in her relationship with the Kansas City Chiefs star as they look toward their future as a couple.

The sources shared that Swift and Kelce are even considering taking the next step by purchasing property together.

“When they have time, they want to look at real estate. [They’ve] talked about exploring buying a home together,” they said.

However, Swift is reportedly contemplating adding a home in Kansas City, Missouri, to her current real estate portfolio. This move would bring her closer to Kelce, who is based there.

Their romance continues to flourish, with the insider sharing, “They’ve had a lot of time together since she’s been off tour and during the holidays. They work so well [and] they’re still madly in love.”

The insider concluded that Swift’s relationship with Kelce “just keeps getting better.”

It was recently revealed that Swift is expanding her Rhode Island mansion, and according to the New York Post, the singer plans to turn it into a future family home for her and Kelce.

An insider told the news outlet Swift envisions this property as “her main home base and where she and Kelce will hopefully raise a family one day.”

The Providence Journal reported that the singer is investing $1.7 million in extensive renovations of the $17 million Watch Hill property.

The renovation plans include a 400-square-foot expansion to create a luxurious new bedroom suite and a comfortable lounge space within the 11,000-square-foot seaside property.

Swift is also redesigning the kitchen and adding an additional bedroom to the main house.

Kelce played a crucial role in securing the Kansas City Chiefs’ third consecutive Super Bowl appearance, as his team had a nail-biting game against the Buffalo Bills that ended in a 32-29 victory.

The atmosphere at Arrowhead Stadium was electric, with Swift and Kelce’s mom, Donna, watching nervously as the Chiefs fended off a late push from Josh Allen and the Bills to earn their Super Bowl spot.

When the game reached its final moments, an amazed Swift could barely contain her excitement.

In a video shared on Instagram by Trey Smith’s sister, Ashley, the private suite filled with Swift, Donna, and others erupted in joy as they watched the Chiefs’ win unfold on the big screen.

With the victory sealed, the “Anti-Hero” hitmaker turned to Donna in disbelief, exclaiming, “Are you serious?! Are you serious?!” before pulling her into a hug to celebrate Kelce’s impressive third consecutive Super Bowl appearance.

After the win, Swift and Donna rushed to the field to join Kelce and his teammates to celebrate their victory, setting the stage for an upcoming showdown with the Philadelphia Eagles in New Orleans on February 9.

While on the field, Swift was very affectionate with Kelce as she shared a kiss and loving embrace with the football star amid the excited chatter from his teammates and their families.

Later on, according to the Daily Mail, Swift told Kelce, “I love you. I’m so proud of you,” in response to him saying, “I love you so much.”

In two weeks, Kelce’s team would be taking on the Philadephia Eagles for the Super Bowl finals.

A win for the star athlete would mean that his team has clinched the trophy three times in a row.

Swift is expected to be at the event in New Orleans, given that she didn’t miss last year’s Super Bowl.

She has also frequently supported Kelce at his games, making their relationship a focal point for many football fans.
